FAQ

Process takes typically 24-72 hours (weather permitting).  We visit your home in the evening.  We remove the current mail box, prep ground for new mailbox, set post, and pour cement.  We let that dry until next available evening to install mailbox.  Depending on the mailbox specs and package purchased, this process can take a few days.

Yes!  We will add a temporary mailbox in the event this isn’t done over and weekend or holiday.   This will be right next to the mailbox we are replacing.  ***(see “Will you use the same location?”)

If we are able to move slightly right or left (and you agree) we will move to the new location.  Otherwise, we will use same location.  Reason we would move mailbox is so that your current mailbox can still be used. ***(see “Will I be able to receive mail?”)

Short answer is YES.  We try to keep our mailbox packages simple and affordable.  If you have a mailbox and post you prefer, you can simply purchase it and we will install.  Any warranties will be handled by the entity you purchased the unit from.  We do not do brick mailboxes but, we can get you pointed in the right direction.

You can always go with “The Spruce Up” service.  This service we will evaluate what needs to be done.  Most times we re-paint, renumber, and re-secure the mailbox to the post.  If the mailbox is beyond repair, we will notify you of your options.

Typically, post will crack and split.  We try and keep the posts seasoned in dry area before install.  Once the post gets out in the elements that’s when they tend to crack and split.   We will come back and seal the cracks and do a touchup on the paint usually within 90 days of installation.  This is expected and a revisit will tidy this up.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.  If you purchase via the online store, we will collect payment and schedule the installation within 3 days. (Weather permitting)
